Title the page: People Places and Things I Can Count On.

Now, take Three Big Deep Breaths. Slowly Breath In . . . Hold . . . Slowly Exhale . . . Hold . . . and repeat again and again. Allow the room for calm to come in, for stress to leave. For inspiration to begin.

Start writing in any way shape or form. Allow your mark-maker free reign. Make Columns. Doodle while you contemplate. Activate your subconscious mind through this ideomotor action and see Who, What, When, Where, Why or How shows up on the page.

When you feel you are done, review what has shown up for you.

is ordained or revered
labyrinth or maize

Welcome to One Source Ministries. One Source Ministries administer varied services, including Hypnotherapy, Massage Therapy, Spiritual and Ministerial Counsel, Reiki, and Sound and Vibrational Healing. It is the container by which and for which all these services, and any other Healing Arts Modalities or Practices added later, operate under and through.

One Source Ministries exist by and for humans. It is the goal of One Source Ministries to provide these services to humans that may be struggling on their journey while incarnated and functioning within the operating system called Earth.

Humans are at a pivotal precipice in the time-space continuum. There is a constant onslaught of conflicting information everywhere one looks. Stress and confusion, anger and frustration abound, and many have lost their way. Lessons are being delivered at such an increased pace that most are unable to contend or deal with their impact. One Source Ministries exist as the Pause: that place to go to take a breath, a break and find connection; to go within and find one’s own spark of Divinity, one’s Fractal of Source.

Jana White Raven Lee, the principal agent of and for One Source Ministries, helps others forge forward on their journeys. Helping humans through transformation in body, mind and spirit and connecting each into their own Source for guidance, assistance, clarity, forward motion, and wisdom is the primary goal of and reason why One Source Ministries exist.
