Vintage Art Deco Diamond Shield Ring - 18K White Gold - c. 1920-1930s

Details:
Era: Art Deco (circa 1920s-1930s)
Style: Geometric / Navette-inspired Shield with 3 stones (past, present, future)
Diamonds: Natural, 0.50 - 0.75 CTW approximately
Cut: Likely Old European cut (center stones) and likely single cuts along the sides
Metal: 18K White Gold (Stamped)
Condition: Good with age-appropriate wear
Size: 4.25 but fits like a 6.25

Victorian Cluster Ring c.1850-1880

Details:
Era: Mid-to-late Victorian (Victorian era is from 1830s-1901)
Metal: Likely 9K-14K (unstamped - not uncommon as gold stamps became more popular in the 1900s)
Stone: Natural diamonds
Cut: Likely hand-cut rose cut
Total Carat Weight: Approximately 0.75 - 1.00 CTW estimated
Shape: Navette / marquise cluster
Ring Size: 5.5 US but fits like a 6.5 due to the open gallery
Condition: Fair to good due to recent restoration work
Price: $1,200

This is a beautiful ring that I recently sourced with the intention of restoring it. It was missing a diamond, and I was able to secure a rose-cut natural replacement. A local jeweler repaired the ring and tightened the settings. Special note: One or more of the stones appear to have been secured in the past with adhesive, which is reflected in the price. The ring is very wearable; however more future alterations may be desired to remove the adhesive. Adhesive is more visible from the underside of the setting than the top. Please review photos carefully.

Style: Belcher Setting, Gypsy Ring with engraving
Metal: 14K Yellow Gold (Stamped)
Stone: Early synthetic sapphire (untested), approximately 0.35-0.50 ctw estimated size
Era: Victorian Era style, however, stone indicates age closer to 1940s.
Size: ~ 9.0 US, looks great as a middle finger or thumb ring.
Condition: Good age-appropriate wear. Stone has some wear that can be seen by loupe. Please review photos carefully.
Price: $895

Notes: This is such a lovely ring. I originally believed the ring dated around the Victorian era, but the stone isn't consistent with that time frame. There is a number engraving that looks as though it was added later (not by the jeweler, as it doesn't match the gold stamp). I believe this number is a date based on the spacing, 9-8-45. (See 3rd photo) History fact: September 8, 1945, was approximately a week after the official end of WWII. (I love the idea that this ring was a homecoming gift to someone special.) This ring is stackable and easy to style.
