Last night we made our rounds discussing all things BHH and Neat Notes. In doing so, drinks were had and logged. Also saw friends all around Buffalo. Sometimes you just need a night out. One thing that never gets old - the hospitality around the city and suburbs. Amazing people fill this city, never forget that. 🥃

Allocations are changing, inventory is changing, the industry is shifting. What are your thoughts on this as a whole?

DOWN 70%: U.S. spirits exports to Canada fell 70% between March and December 2025, according to data from the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States. Eric Gregory, the president of the Kentucky Distillers' Association, said the numbers reflect a painful reality for the state's bourbon industry. More below.

Love their tour. If you’re stopping in make sure you take time to really understand their distillation practices. The time they spend ensuring things are ready and then picked by hand, it’s tough to beat especially in Ireland. Most of the whiskeys in Ireland are commercial at this point (Jameson) so having a distillery at this scale allows slight differences that you can really taste. Cheers team!
