Question: How much film should I order?

Question: What happens if we damage or lose a camera?
Answer: Damaged cameras are completely covered by the insurance included in your rental. Lost, misplaced or stolen cameras are NOT covered by insurance and will be charged the full replacement fee.

Question: When do cameras ship?
Answer: Generally cameras will ship the week prior to the event on a Thursday to arrive the week of the event no later then Thursday. Cameras are shipped via FedEx Express. If you need cameras by a specific date please put that in the notes section of the order and we will fulfill that request.

Answer: Film/cameras come in two (2) sizes, mini and square. The mini format is the size of a credit card. The square format is slightly larger. See below for exact sizes.
