Here is our latest project. A poem/song by Eric Jones entitled "Scars"

My scars tell a story of the battles I have won.
Each one holds a memory of the things that I have done.

My deepest hurts and hardest scars are hidden down inside.
Only rarely do they rise up from the place where they abide.

The scars on these rough, strong hands you see are from working daylight to dark.
Providing for those that mean the most and hold my love and heart.

The scars on my face tell of the times I had to fight down through the years.
Sometimes a man just has to stand and face the enemy and his fears.

These scars you see and those you don't I wear with dignity and pride.
The world may turn its back on me, false friends may crawl in a hole and hide, and all that's ok cause I can smile and say "The Lord is on my side."

James 5:16 some versions use the phrase "has great power" Actually it says "...the prayer of a righteous man availeth much..." "availeth much" carries much more meaning, more power and more depth than just "has great power" carries. It carries the idea of putting that power into action, a working, moving, unstoppable force that is put into motion by the prayers of one of Gods own children.
