Retaining wall we just wrapped up! Old walls were rotting and failing. Thanks to Zach Shuler for the engineer work. Pavers will go in the space between walls as the final touch.

Another project down and ready for some hydro seed. Removed dirt from behind the house to the front of the house allowing a little more yard space. We also added a french drain that ties into the gutter system to help carry water away from the house.

Out with the old, in with the new and bigger! Replaced a culvert pipe that was flooding during heavy rains and causing the driveway to settle and even bust in some spots.

Garage slab removal
We made slices in the slab to break it up in “small” sections so that the basement blocking was not damaged. The goal of the project was to remove the structure but not damage the basement blocking/foundation.
A little more cleaning and this place is ready for a new house!

Once house was down it was only a matter of cleaning up and removing garage slab!
