Through The Fire Catering

Busy week for TTFC! We helped Christland Church celebrate Juneteenth. Serving up 150 people with Jamaican Jerk Chicken, Southern Mashed Potatoes, Bacon Green Beans and home made Banana Pudding!
We also Celebrated 50 very special teachers grilling up Steak and Chicken Fajitas with all the fixins!

Wrapping up this week at Texas A&M (Aggieland), College Station, TX with McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship serving our veterans before they go back to their homes all across America.
Grilled Chicken Fettuccine, Red Meat Sauce with Penne Pasta, Griled Veggies, Create your own Caeser Salad, Garlic Bread and for dessert- Fruit Parfait Flutes!

What an honor it was tonight to be able once again to cater for the McFerrin Center for Entrepreneurship at Texas A&M (Aggieland), College Station, TX!
On the menu this evening was our famous Bacon Rosses, Grilled Chicken Skewers, BBQ Meatballs, Beef Taquitos, Zucchini and Pepper Gratin with Herbs and Cheese and Goat Cheese-Stuffed Mushrooms with Bread Crumbs!

This one was a special one for sure! We were asked to provide an owl for a “Bye Bye Hooters” - celebration. This special young lady is having a mastectomy. Through God , her family and church family she is choosing to embrace her diagnosis and be thankful for life.
Although we were grateful for this opportunity to serve her and her guest, I think we walked away with something more to be thankful for .
Perspective….

Busy weekend for TTFC for sure. So thankful for the BCS community! This evening we were able to witness a rising star! She celebrated releasing her first album and we were so thrilled to surprise and support Haley Brumbaugh!

It was our pleasure to serve up this 35 person grazing board for a baby shower on Saturday. Many prayers for the mother and little cowboy to be, from all of us here at TTFC.

Here at TTFC we pride ourselves in making you and your guest say “Wow” to our presentation and the flavor of our food. Even more important is our responsibility to keep you safe during each event we cater.
Our kitchen got a perfect score of 100!!!
