Ol’ Rock Ranch is a special little spot on earth where we’re raisin’ our boys and runnin’ our cows. Be my rock of refuge, to which I can always go.

The Ratliff family's Aggieland haven features green grass, a big lake, beautiful sunsets and happy cows. Beef purchased from Ol’ Rock Ranch is Wagyu/Angus cross, a creation of superior steak or burger eating experience. You have given the command to save me, for You are my rock and my fortress. - Psalm 71:3

Unloaded 4 half cow orders today and sent them to their new freezer homes.
We smell tonight’s dinner steaks sizzling from here 🥩
*Let us know if there’s any additional interest in half cow orders in the next few months (Wagyu/Angus beef) for pickup in Bryan, Texas. 💪🏼*

You know it's winter on the ranch when your tractor cab looks like this! Looking forward to spring.

Rhyder’s heifer, Pepper, had her first baby and they came in close to the house just for me 😊 Pepper’s mom is Ginger so we’ll stick with the seasonings and call this one Sage. She’s a cutie.

Prepping a warm place for Dasher and Dancer, Rhyder’s current bottle-fed calves.

Rhyder’s turn!
His second catch on Ol’ Rock Ranch. I didn’t video the first. Looks like Dad already got his horse stolen 🐴

Been 20 years since Derrick threw a loop in an arena but apparently it’s like riding a bike.

Night one - learning about the chute and the new roping steers and basic tracking when they’re released. Rhett was the professional button pusher and Rhyder spent most of his energy bossing Turkey to do what he was supposed to. But pretty evening and a new start.
