Unloaded 4 half cow orders today and sent them to their new freezer homes.
We smell tonight’s dinner steaks sizzling from here 🥩

Rhyder’s heifer, Pepper, had her first baby and they came in close to the house just for me 😊 Pepper’s mom is Ginger so we’ll stick with the seasonings and call this one Sage. She’s a cutie.

Our 2-year-old Texas Wagyu bull, RJ, is the son of Rock and has his own herd now.

Night one - learning about the chute and the new roping steers and basic tracking when they’re released. Rhett was the professional button pusher and Rhyder spent most of his energy bossing Turkey to do what he was supposed to. But pretty evening and a new start.
