3 college star athletes that died by suicide in the past few weeks.
The expectations many student athletes put on themselves is so great. I wish I could have talked them out if it. You never really know what someone is going through. On the outside someone may look like they have it all, but they may feel like they have nothing. 😢🙏❤️

"As the Spring season of growth begins to bloom, I like to reflect on what areas in my life-garden may need tending. We often think about personal growth as something that just “happens” to us. But in reality, it requires our active participation.
In fact you can even pursue personal growth, the same way a gardener pursues a bloom or harvest. The seeds have likely been planted in you already. They just need your attention and your commitment. Here are three reasonable and meaningful steps you can take for your personal growth this week..."

From our Client Engagement Specialist, Hope:
"We're out here! So grateful to serve with this amazing population! We had the opportunity to share about addiction treatment at a class on the IUPUI campus downtown Indianapolis 'Drug Use in American Society.'
Key points were:
-Focusing on rehabilitation instead of recidivism.
-Getting connected to community resources.
-Helping reduce the social stigma of substance use disorder and mental health illness. "
