Choosing yourself means saying YES to everything that makes you feel positive things and NO to everything that makes you feel negative things
regardless of what you feel you should do out of obligations, society, what people will think.
Choose what you want and how you feel above everything else.
its an absolute hell at first very painful and horrible but then it's literally magical.

Todays my birthday and its a great one!
This has been the best year of my life
I used to wake up, complete a todo list, and go to sleep, every day for 15 years.
From my last birthday till today I've been living and having fun.
The last 4 years were the most eye opening healing and transformative experience I could ever dream of
My brain is peaceful my emotions aren't chaotic I am happy.
Ive never had that before i just preformed joy so hard i though i was happy.
I have an amazing life a ton of loved ones who love me and just about everything I want
I am so grateful for this life I've built. the changes I went through and the things I learned along the way that got me out of horrible cycles.
Here's to an even better life by my next birthday 💕
