Meet the founders of Hardman Design.

Established in Berlin in 2012, Hardman Design has grown into an international studio shaped by craftsmanship, material sensitivity and a commitment to intentional design.

Guided by the combined perspectives of Liam Hardman — the studio’s lead designer and maker, rooted in generations of builders and artisans, and the person who crafted the earliest pieces by hand — and Erika Hardman, whose global experience and design vision shape the studio’s creative and strategic direction, Hardman Design continues to expand its presence across Europe and the United States.

Together, they develop a design language centered on quality, honesty and a deep respect for craft.

The founders are currently based in New York, where the studio continues to evolve.
