The Emotional Fitness Center, overseen by the Crown Heights Badatz, provides trauma-informed healing classes with separate options for men and women. Neshamos also shares hope through a powerful podcast featuring real stories of healing, and over 55 community workshops and classes on mental health, available anytime on YouTube.
