Shoutout to Danny Shapiro and his Total Body Genesis Program!

I've struggled with fitness and nutrition for years. I've tried several different exercise programs and diet plans, but nothing seemed to stick. Danny's Total Body Genesis Program changed all of that for me.

The program provided me with manageable 15- 20 minute daily exercises that fit perfectly into my busy work schedule, and supplemented that with a comprehensive nutritional guide that educated me, and most importantly, allowed me to enjoy eating food that was both delicious AND healthy.

Danny is an exceptionally well-qualified personal trainer, as well as a trusted expert on nutrition, and his Total Body Genesis Program is a perfected, result-driven, multi-faceted approach to fitness and health that I think everyone needs!

Movement is relative, of course, but any movement counts as movement. You just gotta do it 😉

Our body CRAVES movement and the more of it and stimulation you give, almost regardless of the issue, the better of you’ll feel 😍

I’ve seen people have low back and a disk herniation shows up on the report but their pain/symptoms don’t match up with herniation pain. And yes, that’s very common!! 🤙

Make sure you’re treated based on you, your symptoms, and your goals 🤗

2) Listen to your gut and don’t be uncomfortable
3) Take a f***ing breath!
4) Rest needs to be balanced

It was so hard to stay off of IG/Tiktok (I love helping all of you amazing people), but it was necessary. I will be fully back to continue the pain-free party at 1000% after tomorrow 🥳

A lot of people think static stretching helps with hamstring tightness.... but the truth is that it does very little for long-term relief 😕

What DOES help is active movement THROUGH available range of motion 😍 activation of tight muscles can help tremendously 🙏

The shoulder is the most mobile joint in the entire body! It is the only joint that can move the way it moves with as much range! 😱

Unfortunately, this also makes it the most prone to injury 😰

Try these moves out and even if you don’t have shoulder pain, do these anyway. It will only help to improve and maintain your range of motion and keep your shoulders healthy 🙏

This is a great move that mobilizes the shoulder joint, neck, and the mid/upper back 😍

Maintaining full range of motion in the shoulders is extremely important and a huge part of staying pain free 👏 Maintaining full ROM, stability, and strength will make the whole region very happy 😁

I actually include this move as part of my warmup for EVERY workout, no matter what I’m targeting that day as well as in the morning/evening 🤗

😓 Knee pain sucks, doesn’t it? 😓

If you’re experiencing knee pain and wondering how in the holy Zeus this will help, just trust me and try it 😏

The gastrocnemius and soleus muscle play a very large role in knee health so it is important to look at their function. 🕺
-
Soleus issues, even though they’re in the back of the lower leg, can present with pain in the front (Usually below the patella)! Crazy right?! 🤯
