To scream your woes out into the void, this artist will accept:

This was an exercise I did during therapy. My therapist had me describe what I was feeling in my body. I was feeling really anxious and it felt like hot and cold sensations all around. Tingles, heart palpitations, and all. Not always a great feeling, but good to get it out of my body and onto the paper.⁠
