Hey Shaun,

Just spoke with Kurt. He nicely advised that NG is booked solid for June and ultimately there was no availability to assist us in our move. But the way he did it was first class and sympathetic. And I appreciate that.

As I am learning from about 10 conversations over the past 24 hours, the moving business has very few "Kurt's" and a ton of broker-type people who only care about "locking you in to an estimate" and getting 1/3 of the payment right now. While I understand down payments are part of the business, I became somewhat nervous when the brokers could not tell me who would be moving my stuff, commit to dates/times, etc.

Kurt and I spoke for about 10 minutes which is about 9.5 more minutes than he probably had to chat with me. He gave me good/solid advice regarding what questions to ask, what to look out for, etc.

While I certainly wish NG had availability, I walk away feeling like I dealt with a quality person and company. Customer service continues to be lacking in so many businesses these days and NG should be proud to have someone like Kurt representing the company.
