Dust is the enemy of your processor, and if you add humidity to the mix the results can be deadly. Over time, the dust builds up something that looks like this picture.
That's the aluminum grill that sits on top of the processor. It's only purpose in life is to dissipate heat. Over the grill goes a fan (that I removed so I could take this picture) that helps the grill on it's mission.
They were not very efficient. They were not!
I had to get the industrial vacuum to clean this up.
