At Sunday’s YMSL Annual Banquet & Award Ceremony, young men and moms came together to celebrate an incredible inaugural year. It was a night filled with gratitude, reflection, and pride as we honored the commitment to serving our community.

In just our first year, we proudly contributed 1,991 service hours to the community—a true testament to the dedication and heart of our members.

We were especially proud to recognize several young men with their National Service Awards. This achievement reflects their leadership, perseverance, and passion for serving others.

Here’s to a strong first year and the meaningful impact already made. The future is bright! ❤️

Great conversation and valuable perspective tonight at the Class of 2029 YM Meeting.

Our young men had the opportunity to participate in a Q&A session with community leaders Coach Lopez, Sheriff Holloway, and Mr. Corby Alfred. They shared real-world insight on how social media can impact opportunities in school, athletics, future careers, and personal reputation.

We’re grateful for their time, honesty, and willingness to invest in the next generation.

Our YMSL Brenham Chapter came together this month for a meaningful November philanthropy meeting 💙

Our young men spent the evening writing notes and words of encouragement on to-go boxes for Monday Night dinners, adding a personal touch to brighten someone’s day. They also assembled 50 Blessing Bags for our Gather n Grace philanthropy partner, helping ensure essentials reach those who need them most.

We’re proud of their servant hearts and grateful for the opportunity to give back to our community.m

What an incredible evening with the YMSL Brenham (Young Men’s Service League) MOMS!

We talked about risk awareness, reduction, avoidance, and simple tools to help navigate vulnerable scenarios. There’s a wide range of strategies we can use, but it all starts with awareness — knowing your surroundings, trusting your instincts, and having a plan.

A huge shoutout to these amazing moms who are not only supporting their sons but serving alongside them — helping raise strong, respectful young men who lead with confidence and care.

Thank you for the opportunity to share what it means to be confident, capable, and aware. We truly are BETTER TOGETHER.💙
