So disappointed that the gallery was closed today but I did not look up the hours beforehand! Hope to see you yet before I head home!!
Pam, thanks for being open today so my friend and I could browse and shop to our hearts' content. I can't wait to wear my new eco dyed silk shirt to church tomorrow! I looked through many of the photos of the items you have in your store, but I didn't see a picture of that gorgeous tapestry behind the counter. Is there a picture of it? I want my husband to see what I was trying to describe to him!
Might there be a Wine and Cheese thing again? Say in October, when we come up?? 😘

My apologies to anyone who has tried to reach me at the gallery lately- my phone and wifi are both down. I have decided to use this opportunity to change carriers- only to find out my new carrier is 6-8 weeks out on their work orders- UGHHH Hopefully they will get me back up and running again soon. And to the sweet man who messaged me about the black/white shawl for his girlfriend-sorry it has sold already. :( I tried to find your message on FB and it had "P**F" disappeared. Happy and beautiful FALL to you all and thank you for your patience

It worked! The mosses felted in just beautifully-I thought the sponge moss might disintegrate during the rough felting process..but it didn't. Nature is always surprising me in the most amazing ways.

Silva Gallery is 14 years old TODAY!!!

07/01/2021

Going to try felting some natural mosses in with my wool and silk on this next wall hanging. Maybe stitch some felt river rocks on afterwards...and some feathers...and maybe some twigs? Like a morning walk through a beautiful forest. I hear you birds!
