Learning Quiet Discipline.TKD students who arrive early for class have some new activities. Before class, after showing self discipline and practicing their form, students can choose a game to play with a partner. There is mini foosball, mini connect four, mini magnetic darts. They also can use the time to stretch and or meditate. It's a very Zen quiet and relaxed precursor to class. Puts everyone in a great frame of mind before martial arts training.

Master Annette and Newly promoted 3rd Dan, Sydney Osburn and her hard earned full black uniform. Only available to 3rd Dan and up. A student begins with a white uniform or blank sheet of paper on which the instructor writes his/her knowledge. The uniform gets darker over the many years of training and then finally full black. But the journey continues to Master level, when the knowledge and Zen philosophy become more internal.

Congratulations to Sydney Osburn for successfully testing for her 3rd Dan in Taekwondo! She demonstrated beautiful forms, combinations, effective weapon disarms, sparring, endurance and stamina. Sydney has shown incredible study and focus, and she has earned a position on the instructor staff. Great job Sydney we are very proud of you!
