The Mayfly Project - Bozeman

A friend of TMP working his photography magic! A bit slow on the fishing, but a day fishing is always a day well spent. Beautiful river w some great humans...and a few nice fish too.

During the summer, we "Griswolded" in the minivan up to Montana and Wyoming to do Bozeman, Yellowstone and Grand Teton with the kids. It was an epic trip and very memorable. I got to hang with @dryflydave and @fishtalesoutfitting for a float down the Jefferson River. It was a scorcher of a day, but being in a new place on a boat is pretty awesome.

It's hard to think about fishing with a high of -1 today...but we are pretty much always thinking about fishing and helping children thrive here at TMP! Hopefully we get a nice long snowy winter to reload the rivers, and skiing, well some of us love skiing too!!

Please join us for "Pint Night" at Outlaw Brewing Wednesday Jan. 26th starting at 6pm. A portion of every drink sold will be donated to support the Bozeman/Butte/Livingston Mayfly Project workshop series, where we mentor foster children through teaching them to Fly Fish. It's great to see this page getting some traction! Thanks everyone. The kiddos do 4-5 events each year, and while we are subsidized by the National Mayfly Project, each local chapter works to cover their own operating costs. It's such an amazing organization. We mentor foster & adoptive children through Fly Fishing. I am also one of the mentors. Happy Holidays and
