[MARKET REPORT] The Bozeman real estate market has seen some shifts this month. Compared to January 2024, the average cost of homes and the number of homes sold has decreased 15%, and average days on the market have increased by 44%. Homes are still continuing to sell for less than asking, opening up the door for some negotiations :)

[MARKET UPDATE ] BELGRADE - NOVEMBER 2025: This month, we saw a 42% reduction in the number of residential properties sold and they spent longer days on the market. We also saw the price of homes go up 118% to 637K.

[ATTN MT LANDLORDS] MT property taxes are changing drastically in 2026 and if you own any real estate - this could mean major tax increases or significant tax savings. Take action now to potentially benefit from the tax relief program.
What's happening is that the state of Montana is restructuring how residential properties are taxed and classified. This will shift more of the tax burden on vacation properties, second homes and short-term rentals. On the upside, primary homes and long-term rentals can benefit from a "homestead" rate, but only if you enroll!
