It’s been about 3 months since I last played my bowls….I’ve missed it so much! 💔💔💔

I had to pack my babies away with all the things we’ve needed to do in our house to clean and take care of the smoke contamination from the fires. We are still dealing with it….but very close to being done! 👏🏻👏🏻

Then with Omicron spreading like crazy, I decided to postpone the start of my group sound bath offerings. 💔💔💔

So this was a nice welcome back into offerings again!!!! A private birthday sound bath for this special group right here! It felt so good to do this work again….it’s such a blessing to be able to work with such beautiful energy! And a cool way to celebrate stepping into 40!!! Thank you ladies for this opportunity! ❤️❤️❤️

You are invited to join me and some friends for 21-days of guided meditation and energetic self care.

A circle of Reiki teachers and practitioners have come together to guide these daily meditations, and all are welcome, even if you are brand new to Reiki. This can be a great way to learn more about the practice if you've been curious!

Each day you are welcome to join us live on Zoom and/or listen to the recording. Each recording will be available for 24 hours only, to encourage daily practice for 21 days. We know it is powerful to circle together live, so please join live as often as you can! We will also offer a closing circle and Reiki share to have time to reflect together, check in, and give and receive Reiki.

When: Every Day between January 2 - 22, 2022 on Zoom at 6:30-7pm MT/8:30-9pm EST (21 days!)

I’m feeling so blessed to have played for this awesome group of Reiki Practitioners! It was a Winter Solstice Reiki Sound Bath while the sun set behind the beautiful Rocky Mountains! It has been such a long time since I saw some of these ladies in person…Feeling lots of love and gratitude for all of them and especially my incredible Reiki teacher who is not on social media, so I can’t tag her lol! ❤️❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻

P.S…..I’m loving this new chapter of my life! To be able to share something like this with others feels incredible. Can you imagine….3 years ago i walked into this office space for my first Reiki session….knew nothing about energy healing (thought it was weird), but I needed help healing from all my miscarriages. I couldn’t even sit through a meditation (thought it was a waste of time)!!! Looking back, I’m so grateful for my pain and sadness….it lead me to this path…I’m still learning, I’m still healing….will always be….but OMG….my heart is in such a better place today! ❤️❤️❤️

My heart is so full of happiness, gratitude and love! This past weekend I led my very first group Reiki sound bath at my daughter’s judo dojo. There was a mixture of people familiar with energy work and some who have never experienced it before….and that made this experience so cool! To be able to see how Reiki and Sound healing can touch all sorts of peoples lives in such a beautiful, positive, simple way….it’s magical! I am so grateful for everyone that came out and even those that weren’t able to make it…but sent your love! ❤️❤️
