Just sharing some words that came through after I had a good cry regarding all the heartbreaking buffoonery and all the majestic moments of strength and solidarity that unfolded in Tennessee today. 💔

Sometimes in ceremony, when a beloved is feeling deeply stuck in a loop … overwhelmed, spinning, gripped by fear or intensity … I’ll gently use rhythm, touch, tuning forks, mapacho, breath and icaros to help move the energy. With consent of course … I may use the body as a drum.

A reminder to the nervous system.
A reminder to the body.
A reminder to the heart.

And it’s not about “fixing” anyone … but to lovingly amplify the infinite peace already present and unwavering at the core of their being. 🪘✨

Meanwhile … while I was explaining all this to my dear friend .guru , her two dogs were in FULL sacred chaos mode. 🤣

Zoomies.
Toy squeaks.
Tongues everywhere.
Absolute devotional mayhem.

So naturally … I demonstrated the process on Miss Bailey while Mr. Miko observed what was happening. 😂😂

And honestly?
The medicine worked immediately.
10/10 would facilitate ceremony for dogs again. 🐕🎶✨😂😂😂
