As part of our Team Spotlight Series, meet Marilynn Martin, our Chief Integration and Brand Development Officer. A previous Senior Partner at the Emerson Group and CEO of Truth Bar, she leads due diligence projects when we are looking at new brands to acquire, as well as business planning for integrating and scaling new brands. She is an integral part of creating Next Frontier Brands’ future growth strategies.

TreeHouse Biosciences, a Next Frontier Brands subsidiary, continues to lead the industry by offering a new THC Remediation Services Business based on patented technology. US Patent No. 10,239,808 has been issued as a federally-compliant method using chromatography for the removal of THC from h**p extracts. TreeHouse Biosciences ingredients and science continue to enable innovations for the high-growth wellness market.

Bill Wafford has joined the team here at Next Frontier Brands as our Chief Financial Officer. Previously in his career, Wafford was the Chief Financial Officer of JCPenney, and was the Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Vitamin Shoppe. He also served as a Partner in the Advisory Practice of KPMG, LLP, and was a Vice President of Finance at Walgreens. At Next Frontier Brands, he will lead financial reporting, strategy and operations.

Today we’ve announced the acquisition of Snow Leopard Vodka. This acquisition has broadened our beverage portfolio to continue delivering superior customer experiences. A new 14,500 sq ft production facility at Bottomley Distillers, our UK spirits producer is quickly coming together. When fully operational, it can distill 10,000 liters of alcohol per day. On its journey of becoming carbon neutral by 2025, all stills have a custom built programmable logic controller (PLC) control panels with self-learning algorithms, which ensures they do not use any excess energy or water during the distillation process.
