Fact of history: Women in the United States didn’t always have the right to vote. Things changed in 1920 (with the ratification of the 19th Amendment).

Today marks the 27th presidential election where women have had the right to vote.

I did it with pride.

My parents (photographed here in 2021) see my kids all the time. We share dinners. They babysit. We go to their pool on every hot day in the summer. We live just a few minutes away...

But even still...

They display their monthly Silver Post postcards with the utmost joy and pride.

A lesson here? There's no such thing as too much love or too much connection when it comes to grandparents and their grandkids.
