Good morning, Lowell!

We are proud to announce that Dutch PM will be the Construction Management team for Lowell Center for the Arts' development of the Smith Baker! As always, we will be working with our community to keep construction work in the capable hands of small businesses that are actively involved in our community.

Over the next few weeks, you will see mobilization of masonry and roofing teams which will restore the building using historically appropriate materials. The slate will be stripped from the building, but don't worry, it will be replaced in-kind once the structure is fully repaired.

We are so excited to be a part of this team of citizens who banded together to save a beautiful landmark across from Lowell's City Hall, and we can't wait to bring out the light that it contains inside!

Our new UTEC Woodworking and Madd Love Market sign is up, and we couldn't be happier to see it brighten up Church Street!
