MULTI-FAMILY BRANDING. One Canal apartments in downtown Boston were leased so quickly that Aimco said that "this was the fastest lease-up we’ve ever seen".

The rooftop pool with spectacular up close and personal views of the city skyline was the inspiration for our ad campaign. This ad showcased the city as if you were underwater looking up.
