Rebranding Solver Refactored.ai to Propel Future Growth 08/29/2019

Life is a balance of giving and taking. Solve - MIT proved for me to be an excellent way to kickstart my giving chapter. As a Solve Member and mentor, Fernando Montejo introduced me to Ram Dhan Yadav Katamaraja of Refactored AII, a Work of the Future Solver. Together with the Refactored.ai team, we strategized and refreshed Refactored.ai’s brand identity around their strong social purpose to make sure everything was aligned for scaling to a next level.

Diversity, inclusion, and belonging - issues that are more important than ever. During a playful exploration of belonging at Southern New Hampshire University's Sandbox Collaborative, we shed light on how it feels when you belong and how it feels when you don't belong. Belonging makes one feel powerful, bright, on fire, defying gravity, and having possibilities. Not belonging, on the other hand, makes one feel small, dark paranoid and being in a downward spiral. Simple brick models, yet so much meaning. That's the power of LEGO Serious Play, imagination, and storytelling.
