that corrects your vision and prevents progression while you sleep like for your allowing you to see all day with nothing on your eye.
Severe and causing the lids to not adhere properly. This what happens when you don’t blink enough to squeeze all the lubricant out of your meibomian glands. Screentime also causes reduced and incomplete blinking so this might be where we are all headed if we don’t remind ourselves to blink more… also we should be teaching people to clean their lids morning and night like we brush our teeth as kids to prevent our meibomian glands from clogging and degenerating and looking like this. Because once your glands degenerate it’s too late and you can’t get them back and you end up with constant progressive dry eye where you can treat the symptoms but never the underlying cause.

Overwearing or sleeping in your soft contacts gives that bacteria time to burrow into your and create a bacterial colony that can permanently scar your cornea. Hard lenses are 0% water so are safe to sleep in. Never sleep in soft contacts!
