McCormack Builders offers over 20 years of experience in the home building and remodeling industry in the Greater Boston area. As custom home builders, we take pride in delivering a product that reflects our high standards for craftsmanship and our dedication to the work that we do. Our approach is a personal one, involving the client in every phase of the project down to the smallest detail, and our list of repeat clientele reflects the trust we build with each project. We believe in building with integrity when it comes to material choices, sustainability, and environmental concerns as well as building a beautiful structure that will stand the test of the elements and the test of time.
A roof in New England has to be ready for everything. That’s why on every project, we treat the roof as a full performance system, not just a finished surface. At our Lexington project, that means using quality materials from Huber Engineered Woods and Benjamin Obdyke to build in the layers that matter most.
Stay tuned as we show more of the ways we’re building longevity into this home.
Let’s talk water management. At our Lexington project, Benjamin Obdyke HydroGap SA and HydroFlash are helping manage water where it matters most—moving moisture out, protecting key transitions, and adding defense against the New England weather ahead.

With fall around the corner, the best seat in the house might be anywhere in this room. Built around openness, natural light, and views of the surrounding woods, this living area keeps the outdoors part of the everyday experience.

Behind every project at McCormack Builders is a network of people who help keep our team moving, and for nearly 25 years, Bobby at Quirk Ford in Quincy has been one of those trusted partners.
What started with my first truck when I was just getting started has grown into a relationship that has supported our team, our work, and the way we show up for our clients. Partnerships like this are built over time, and this is one we are proud to share.
This is why every material choice matters. At our Lexington project, this door is showing what can happen when water management and installation details are not given the attention they deserve.
Stay tuned as we show you how we’re going to make this right and make it last a lifetime.
What a special night at McCormack Builders HQ celebrating New England Home and the local partners who help make the magazine such a success.
This evening was about the people behind the pages: the designers, builders, makers, and collaborators who bring so much talent and energy to New England’s design community. We were so proud to open our doors, bring everyone together, and celebrate the partnerships that keep this industry moving forward.
