Health is the #1 priority in a successful modeling career.

I've been in this industry for over two decades, and if there's one thing I know for certain, it's this: your health is the foundation everything else is built on.

1. Health issues affect your energy, your mood, and your performance. When your body is fighting something, it shows. It shows in your posture on set, in your patience during long days, in the light behind your eyes. You can't fake vitality. The camera sees everything.

2. You cannot attain much in life if you are not in good health. I don't care how ambitious you are, how talented, how connected. If your health is compromised, your capacity shrinks. Your dreams don't disappear, but your ability to chase them does. I've watched it happen. I've lived it.

3. Health has always preceded age, and it always will. People love to talk about age in this industry like it's the defining factor. It's not. I've seen 25-year-olds who can barely keep up and women in their 40s who radiate power because they prioritized their well-being. Age is a number. Health is a choice you make every single day.

Take care of your body. It's the only vehicle you have for everything you want to build.

We are conditioned to fit in, obey, and follow rules that keep us “acceptable.” But at what cost?
How many dreams have you delayed because you wanted to be liked?
How many risks have you avoided because you were afraid to stand out?

Fashion—and entertainment—will test you. But the truth is, what will get you through is not perfection, it’s alignment.
🔑 Trust in yourself.
🔑 Surround yourself with people who see your light.
🔑 Give yourself as many chances as it takes.
