Such a beautiful from the Age Strong Commission at the City of Boston!

It’s a mistake anyone could make. When Joanne, 74, accidentally deleted hundreds of photos of her late husband, she thought they were gone forever. But thanks to Kenny from AT&T at our event, she was able to retrieve all of her precious memories today.

"Saddest moment? How am I supposed to choose between losing my parents and seeing my friends die in Vietnam? I don't categorize those things. Listen, a person is like a rubber band ball. We've all got a lot of bad rubber bands, and a lot of good rubber bands, and they're all wrapped up together. And you've got to have both types of bands or your rubber band ball ain't gonna bounce. And no use trying to untangle them. You know what I'm saying?"

Doorman on Newbury Street since 1947 retires - The Boston Globe 08/08/2013

I love when newspapers take a moment to share stories like this: "In his 66 years welcoming guests to Boston's Taj Hotel, formerly the Ritz Carlton, doorman Norman Pashoian, 85, has greeted heads of state, famous actors, and prominent politicians. But the most important person he ever greeted was a young, blond woman he met in summer 1950. He was working the hotel’s Newbury Street entrance; she was at Joseph Antell, the ladies shoe shop just across the way."
