Meet The Heritage Club: Boston’s first Black Woman-owned dispensary (!!). Nike John (Founder + Owner) started her journey after her *mom* suggested she explore the cannb*s industry. She joined Lantern’s incubator program + is now changing the game.

“There’s a stigma still + a lack of diversity in ownership. I wanted to make a change. I joined the MA CCC's Social equity program in June 2019. From that day, I started asking *everyone* how they got started, there was a lot of networking involved. SO much went into getting the proper licenses, permits, + approvals from the city. I’m happy to say, three years later, we officially opened our doors September 6th. We’re officially the first Black Woman-owned dispensary in Boston.”
