We will be discussing key environmental issues in Rhode Island and join trainings on grassroots organizing skills from planning campaigns to local outreach strategies. We were joined by 50 activists, students, and community members for an inspiring day of workshops and panels, building the skills and connections we need to take on these powerful special interests. It was so great hosting along with our friends our Community Organizing Summit in Baytown, TX this past Saturday 10/18 at the Baytown Community Center!

It was such an inspiring day with panels and workshops to bring community activists and advocates together to share stories, get connected, and build power to make our communities healthier and greener!
