So i got tires a couple days ago and on my way into town today my left front wheel started making a terrible tapping noise. At first i thought it was a wheel baring or something like that.. after further inspection I noticed I had a missing lug stud, and several lug nuts were loose ... Wow, ofcourse I headed down to rnr tire but was worried if they would do anything about it .. Let me tell you, I spoke to a lady at the front desk. She got me signed in and in SECOUNDS not minutes a man came and got my keys grabbed my truck and had it in the shop !!! In less than 10 min, he had ordered a new lug stud, tightened up the other lug nuts and i was on my way .... So hey, if your reading this and wondering if you should buy tires from them then i say YES YOU SHOULD !! service was awesome!!! Thanks RnR Tire !!!

I definitely do NOT recommend R N R Tire Express. My son purchased tires from them a little over a year ago. Of the 4 tires (Nexen brand) 3 of them have blown out. Very conveniently they are "out of warranty" Of course, they would sell him 4 new ones again. Never again.

I usually don’t do this but I’m So disappointed and so over this place with the service. 2 sales men were great the others not so good (dark hair dude and females that don’t know what their doing since I see different ones each time). If I could give negative stars I would. Let me tell y’all why... my boyfriend bought and paid off new tires and rims fairly quick. Well Everything was great until we had the tires rotated. Since then tire pressure lights have been wrong (front was the back and back was the front, or it didn’t come on at all when I had a flat), and the stabilizer and traction control light comes on as well. Well had a flat and didn’t know til it was to late and bent the rim. Since they were paid off and it wasn’t clear that if you pay off your stuff, it is no longer warrantied. Well bought a new tire and rim had it put on and now the alignment seems off and it rides rough. They seem to fix the tire sensors (so far, since I just had it “fixed” today) when I told them about the traction control lights they said “that isn’t our problem” when it hasn’t been an issue since the alignment and tire rotation. I considered buying tires and rims for my truck but after dealing with them with my biyfriends truck, I will never recommend or use this place. 👎🏼
