A baby shower cake I made last week for a coworker. Owls in the style of Angry Birds sit atop this three. The cake was a buttermilk chocolate cake iced with cream cheese frosting. Decorated with fondant.

So, after my break, I made this Strawberry Shortcake cake. The figure is handmade, and she's sitting on a three layer white Cake with buttercream icing covered in fondant.

Gonna make two cakes tonight, and then I'm gonna quit. For a while at least.

A Halloween cake I made for a coworker's Thanksgiving. We couldn't get the timing right on this one.

A wedding cake I made. From top to bottom... Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing, brownie with cream cheese icing, lemon cake with lemon curd filling and lemonade icing, and rice Krispy treats at the base. Covered in fondant and decorated with gumpaste flowers and ribbon.

Snowflake themed cake and cupcakes

I tried a new recipe for the cake icing... Whipped icing. I think I like it. I also tried a new decorating technique... Frozen buttercream transfer. I think it worked pretty well. The cake is my favorite yellow cake.

A simply decorated white cake with a sugarpaste carnation on top. I think the flower turned out pretty good.
