Started this project just adding wainscoting to the first floor, which snowballed to adding shiplap to this wall.. which snowballed to redoing the fireplace and custom mantle. 😍🤌🏼💋

Ryan built and Installed these custom bookshelves,for all their cookbooks! 😃😍 The goal was to match the island wood stain, and I think he nailed it!

Been slacking on posting our projects lately, but this heavy ass nail gun has been giving me a work out, and my guns deserve to be seen. (Thanks to that perfect shadow! 😜)
Adding about 300sqft of wainscoting and a handful of really exciting changes to their house!

We got rid of the old wallpaper in the dining room, by adding some wainscoting and some paint! It makes it so moody in there. 😍

Inside the left side cabinets, are two big drawers. The mantle and shelves are red oak with a few coats of poly.

To say I’m completely obsessed with this final project, those words don’t even describe it! I’ll post the kitchen first because…. Come on! 😍😍😍
The only goal was to keep the black counters. ✔️

An exciting new chapter.
Hi friends, and thanks for stopping by our page. As many of you know, we were relocated to the Chicago area last Spring for Ryan’s job, and almost exactly a year after we bought our house, both of our jobs were downsized, and we suddenly found ourselves in a situation where we had to make a choice. We chose to pursue our passion full time, and the result is Edgehill Designs LLC. We run our business out of our home, and our shop has been evolving in the garage over the past several months to make it more functional. We love taking old, reclaimed materials and turning them into something new and beautiful, as well as functional for your home. No project is too big or too small, we enjoy the challenges that each project brings, and the creativity of so many of the ideas we’ve helped bring to life for our customers.
Our hope with this page is that you find some inspiration, both in home decor and in life, and that our story might inspire you to follow your dreams. Thank you all for the support, and for giving us the encouragement we need to keep going.
