Hi all! So I’ve decided to take my practice in a new direction and begin to offer more online groups and classes. I will begin to offer a series of groups on a variety of topics. We will do these on zoom with a maximum of 8-10 people. Fees will be $20 per session and each class with be 4-5 weeks in length. I have a ton of ideas for topics, but I’d also like to hear from YOU! What do YOU need to learn about, be supported on, etc etc.
Our first group will take place in late August and the topic will be “Surviving a Pandemic”. We will talk about all things related to the mental health side of living in a pandemic and the struggles of trying to navigate through it all. Please pass the word to your friends. We need at least 5 to attend for this to run. I’m looking at Monday nights from 6-7:15pm CST. Again, a late August start will be likely. Stay tuned for more info. Meanwhile, please share share share!
