The Department of Accountancy at the College of Business and Economics at Boise State and the University of Idaho College of Law, hosted the 11th annual Gem State Tax Symposium May 16, 2025. This continuing education program provides up-to-date knowledge on tax laws, accounting practices and legal requirements, helping community professionals enhance their skills and fulfill licensing requirements. The program not only benefits attendees, it also generates funds that can be used for scholarships to help provide education for the next generation of tax and accounting professionals.
