🚑 Heroes in Action: David Schmidt & Jasper Johnson 🚑
💙 During one of their night shifts, Paramedic David Schmidt and EMT Jasper Johnson went above and beyond their call of duty. After safely settling a patient they were transporting at home, they were approached by a neighbor in distress. As the primary caregiver for her father, who suffers from severe dementia and Alzheimer's, she was struggling to manage his agitation to administer his medication.
💪 Without hesitation, David and Jasper stepped in—using their training and expertise to calm the patient. Their efforts allowed her to successfully administer the necessary medication to her father. Their quick thinking, professionalism, and genuine concern for others truly reflect their dedication to serving the community.
👏 Join us in recognizing David and Jasper for their incredible commitment to patient care and support!
🔥 Victory EMS had the honor of attending the 2025 March Mayhem Fire Conference in Caldwell Idaho. This incredible event brought together firefighters and industry experts for hands-on training and live fire scenarios.
🧑🚒We learned so much from the instructors and are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such an impactful event. Thank you to the organizers for putting together an amazing few days of education and growth!

✨ Going Above & Beyond! ✨
💙 At Victory EMS & Medical Transportation, we do more than just transport patients—we prioritize their overall well-being and comfort.
🚐 Olivia and Kasen recently assisted with a stretcher transport for a patient who had become bedbound. Once they safely got her into bed, they went the extra mile to make sure she felt comfortable and cared for.
🪴Knowing she was unable to do everyday chores, they assisted with the things she normally handled. They watered her plants, fed her cat, and took care of any other small tasks she needed help with. They made sure her environment was as pleasant as possible, so she could focus on resting and recovering. Olivia and Kasen truly went above and beyond, making sure all of her requests were met with care and attention.
👏 A huge thank you to Olivia and Kasen for showing what compassionate care truly looks like. We are so fortunate to have you both on our team!

🌟 Employee Spotlight: Johnny Taylor 🌟
🚐 At Victory EMS & Medical Transport, we believe it's the little moments that make the biggest difference. Johnny Taylor, one of our incredible drivers, recently went above and beyond for a patient he regularly transports. She had mentioned to him how much she missed her cats. It was clear to Johnny that these pets held a special place in her heart, so he decided to do something about it. With his own money, he bought a small, lifelike toy cat to surprise her during one of her rides.
🐱 When Johnny handed her the toy, her face lit up with sheer joy. The simple gesture brought her so much happiness, and from that moment on, she started bringing her "new cat" with her on every transport. It’s a small act, but to her, it meant the world.
💙 Johnny’s kindness is a beautiful reminder that sometimes, the smallest gestures can make the biggest impact. It’s not just about the getting patients from point A to point B—it’s about making the journey a little brighter. Thank you, Johnny, for embodying the heart of Victory EMS & Medical Transport.

🥞Victory EMS & Medical Transportation had a fantastic time at the recent West Ada School District Industry Partners Breakfast! We were honored to be invited for our ongoing support of their EMT students.
🚑 By providing ride-along clinical hours, we're proud to play a part in shaping the next generation of emergency medical professionals. It’s inspiring to see these students' dedication and passion for serving their communities, and we’re grateful to contribute to their education.
👨🎓Thank you, West Ada School District for the recognition and for fostering such an incredible educational EMS program.
🥳 Help us show some love to our incredible crew members celebrating their birthdays in February!
