Our Story
After pursuing a first career and starting a family, Lynette discovered her passion for exploring new activities and the importance of maintaining the body to be ready for every adventure. She shares her enthusiasm for good health with her clients at every step toward achieving their fitness goals. Her training focuses on balance, agility, nutrition, fitness and strength so that her clients can maintain high activity levels and participate in diverse activities while minimizing the potential for injury.
Since beginning her career in personal training Lynette has worked with clients from all demographics and she believes that helping them reach their goals is the best reward. She loves sharing those moments with her clients: When you feel the excitement of being strong and healthy, and you know it’s here to stay. When you eat better, sleep better, and wake up with more energy. When friends notice how good you look and how much more energy you have, and you know they’re saying it because it’s true. When your doctor says you can quit the meds. When the focus changes from what you can’t do to what you can do. When pride replaces doubt and you know you can meet every challenge because you’ve made yourself physically fit to live life to its fullest. Her clients have seen these results and it’s what keeps her passionate about her training.
Lynette earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Boise State University in Exercise Science. She is also certified through the American College of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer and is an active member of IDEA Health & Fitness Association.
