In honor of our longtime patient Cary Wilson and her battle with cancer, we will be carrying “Cary’s Care kits” in our office. The kit is an oral healthcare package tailored to help those in cancer treatments who suffer from dry mouth and other oral manifestations due to chemotherapy. During Cary’s battle with cancer, she worked hard to educate people on the emotional, physical, and spiritual effects of cancer. With the help of Flock Cancer Idaho, Cary’s Care Kits (a new initiative) aim to help patients in chemotherapy treatment combat the oral health challenges they may face during treatment. Her legacy lives on through these kits, and we are so honored to be able to be a part in providing other cancer warriors with these kits to help promote oral health through their journeys.
