Grateful to Dr. Tim Dunnagan for thinking of me for this project. I was fortunate to have him as a leader during his time as Dean of the College of Health Sciences at Boise State University. Not long after retiring in 2024, he dove into writing this book. He envisioned a design that felt chaotic and overwhelming, capturing the constant juggling and balancing act leaders face in higher education. 📖
