I'm not seeking customer phone support or services any longer from Homeaglow, so your suggestions are inappropriate and not remedial. I'm trying to stop a crime trend your company is aiding and abetting—inadvertently, I hope.

The pertinent matters you keep sidestepping include:
• I require more than a refund. Anthony lied to both Homeaglow and me. He canceled and rescheduled offline via direct text to me, canceled and rescheduled again online and for the weekend, claimed that he completed the work at 630AM, and then blocked me. This triggered not just the $19.99 charge, but a $49.99 charge. You have refunded those, but this caused damages to my business True Story Project, LLC.
• The damage is easy for you to fix: compensate me for the $24.94 overdraft fee Idaho Central Credit Union charged True Story Project, LLC (my business). Please do so by close of business Jan., 31, 2024. This is my last correspondence asking you to do this.
• Should you decline that fair, easy, and reasonable remedy, please note: You are in violation of, at minimum, Subsection (a)(7) of 18 U.S.C. § 1029 which carries stiff penalties. Whereas you have declined to contact me by phone or remedy the matter via payment of $24.94, I am asking for the contact information of your business insurance provider.
• I offered you information about why and how Anthony gamed the system, so your solution to never have him do my cleaning for me is inappropriate because you are dismissing how there is criminality at play and how he will do this to future Homeaglow customers. This will not be looked at favorably on social media nor by the banks you are helping Anthony steal from, making your company vulnerable to businesses with far deeper pockets and who have been harmed far more than True Story Project, LLC.

As a courtesy, I will once again and more thoroughly outline the red flags that should make you terminate your sponsoring of Anthony during his crime spree:
• Usage of an 844 area code phone number, making it impossible for your system to verify that Anthony was actually in my service area (and since you clearly don't have a policy in place red flagging that area code your offer for cleaning credits is untenable and somewhat offensive ... "Here Mr. Leins, have free Tylenol for life now that the acetaminophen killed your child.")
• Ask yourselves why did Anthony do a double reschedule before claiming he finished the work that he never showed up to do. I submit that it is to trigger a closing of the 90-day employment period most banks require before lending payday style loans worth $500 to $2000. I make a living in the digital world and the apathy Homeaglow is demonstrating now makes it hard for honest businesses like mine to make a living. A punitive retribution under the law is fast-approaching if Homeaglow cannot find better solutions than AI-generated customer support emails.
