In this hands-on training, you’ll learn essential massage techniques tailored specifically for estheticians. This class will guide you through:
~ Ensuring client comfort, alignment, and safety.
~ Effective warm-up and grounding practices. Building trust through intentional touch.
~ Beginner-friendly overview of the anatomy of the head, neck, chest and arms.
~ Basic understanding of blood and lymph flow.
~ Hands on massage practice of head, face, neck, décolleté, arms & hands.
~ Q&A and demos!
