1. Take a pain reliever 💊
Soothe the discomfort with a recommended painkiller.
2. Numb it with Orajel or Anbesol 🧴
Apply these topical gels to numb the sore spots.
3. Make a cup of tea 🍵
Enjoy a warm cup to relax and ease the pain.
4. Make it cold to reduce swelling ❄️
Use an ice pack to bring down the swelling.
5. Swish salt water for blood flow 🌊
Rinse with salt water to promote healing and reduce soreness.
6. Use orthodontic wax 🦷
Apply wax to any areas where the braces might be causing irritation.
