Mind Body Spirit. Are you making each of these a priority? Do you invest in your health? That can be joining a gym, taking a class, meditating, getting a massage, getting energy healing, staying hydrated, eating healthy, exercising, buying a bike, going for a hike, practicing mindfulness, taking a relaxing bath, holistic oils/vitamins/technologies, etc. I believe that this is definitely an area worth investing in.
