Last Sunday we teamed up with the Boise Brotherhood for an all men’s drum circle to resurrect the the harmonic rhythm and primal pulse living within each of us.
Beyond the drumming we find connection to one another, presence with our expressions, and a profound depth of grounding with our bodies - minds - and nature.
A huge success and more to come. Gratitude for these men for really showing up, and for Boise Brotherhood for the opportunity to collab.

Our first ever Somatic Drum Circle took place yesterday at Studio Sacred for Yogafort 2025, and it’s about to become a regular offering here at Cosmic Pulse!! 🪘
It’s an intentional weaving of body, mind, voice, and breath - for the purpose of creating space for your unique expression to come through (the spirit).
It’s an inward journey into the depths of our being to bring more of ourselves into the light.
If you like yoga, sound baths, breath work, and ecstatic dances… this is an all-in-one experience 🙌

Story Time: Cosmic Pulse Origins
Music opens a door to sharpening communication with the Divine.
It brings up opportunities to heal the mind through observing the thoughts that come up, bringing loving truth to the matter, and allowing them to dissolve away.
On the other side of our judgements is bliss, euphoria, and deep joy.
Practice gives us wisdom to integrate and act on, further deepening our intuitive connection.
The drum, flute, guitar, etc. is simply a tool that tunes US!
