✨ Throwback Thursday to our honeymoon in Greece… 💙
Please tell me I’m not the only one who turned my husband into a full-time photographer on our honeymoon. 😂📸
“Wait… one more from this angle.”
“Okay, now a video.” 🤣
So be honest… did anyone else make their hubby work overtime as the vacation photographer? Or was it just me? 😂👇

🩰The best things in life aren’t planned. 🩰
🤍The path won’t always unfold the way you imagined, but sometimes the detours lead to destinations greater than your original plan.🤍
This was hands down my favorite Matrix Fit class of all time. 🤍
Everything just clicked. I was completely in my flow state, and you could feel the energy throughout the entire room. Everyone was locked in, moving together, pushing themselves, and feeding off each other’s energy.
Those are the classes I live for. The ones where you lose track of time, stop overthinking, and just move. That’s where the magic happens. ✨
Thank you to everyone who brought your energy and made this class so unforgettable. I can’t wait to create that feeling all over again. 💪🔥
These are honestly some of my favorite moments—the laughs, the movement, the little candid shots in between. They always end up being just as special as the final photos.
I already can’t wait for our next shoot. Stay tuned… we’ve got another one coming soon! 📸✨
Okay guys… the 8-pound vest is BACK.
I had to turn up the volume because my clients keep showing up in class wearing theirs. 😂 And honestly? I LOVE it.
They push me to work harder, I push them to work harder, and that’s exactly the kind of energy I want in class.
Challenge accepted. 🔥 Who’s wearing a vest with me next class?

In the middle of class, someone decided to close the studio door without asking me first. As the instructor, I’m responsible for the environment, the temperature, the music, the flow, and the experience for everyone in that room. Changing something that affects the entire class without communicating with me isn’t respectful.
After class, she apologized… but then told me that I embarrassed her in front of everyone.
Here’s my perspective:
If you’re taking a group fitness class, it’s important to remember that the instructor is leading the room. If something is bothering you—the temperature, the fan, the music, the door, anything at all—please communicate. A simple hand raise or “Would you mind if I closed the door?” goes a long way.
Group fitness is a shared experience. Every decision affects everyone in the room, not just one person.
As instructors, we’re constantly balancing the needs of dozens of people at once. We want you to feel comfortable, heard, and safe—but we also need our role as the leader of the class to be respected.
Respect goes both ways. 🤍

🤍The part of being a fitness/yoga instructor no one talks about.🤍
One thing people don’t always realize is that when I’m at the studio, I’m actually working.
I absolutely love connecting with my clients, but between classes I’m usually not “on a break.” Those few minutes are spent resetting the room, getting water, preparing music, reviewing the next class in my head, and mentally shifting gears so I can give the next group my full attention.
When someone asks me a long question, wants to chat, asks me to film something, or needs a favor in those few minutes, I wish I had the time to give them my full attention—but I simply can’t.
I never want to rush a conversation or give you a quick answer that isn’t thoughtful.
The best way to reach me is by sending me a DM on Instagram or an email. That allows me to respond when I’m not teaching and when I can actually give your question the time and attention it deserves.
When I’m teaching, my focus has to be on my clients, running class on time, and making sure every person in that room has the best experience possible.
Thank you for understanding that staying focused while I’m working isn’t me being unfriendly—it’s me trying to do my job well. 🤍
