Part of the design for “465” was to create a back yard space that is as low maintenance as it is functional and enjoyable. Picking trees and bushes that drop minimal leaves and are slow growing and easy to maintain is the key.

She is as pretty as the day I handed the keys to my clients, and maintaining an ongoing relationship of concierge service and maintenance is paramount to me. As the president of TE, I personally come by and check on things. Today it was a few minor adjustments post Irma. Suddenly I’m rinsing down the patio and fluffing the pillows. Sounds cheezy, but I actually care about the well being of my clients and the homes I build them.
There's more than one way to appreciate the eclipse. Thanks bamboo for providing the perfect leaf.
